Who is responsible

Vila Manga Rosa Beach Rentals Ltda. operates the Vila Manga Rosa Pipa app and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we process

The information processed depends on your role and the features you choose to use. It may include:

• account information, authentication records, access roles and device approval information;
• guest, reservation, stay, property, calendar and operational work-item information;
• messages, replies, service requests and emergency alerts submitted through Vila services;
• photos, files or audio that an authorized user deliberately selects, captures or records for an operational task;
• device identifiers, push-notification tokens and notification preferences needed to deliver alerts; and
• security, diagnostic and audit information needed to protect, maintain and troubleshoot the service.

Apple Review demonstration records are synthetic and isolated from production guest, property and device data.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate authorized users; operate reservations and guest communications; coordinate hospitality work; deliver requested and emergency notifications; provide optional property tools; prevent misuse; maintain security; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising.

Device permissions

Notifications, location, microphone, camera and photo-library access are requested only when a feature needs them and are subject to your iOS settings. You can deny or later change these permissions. The Apple Review account does not require location access or access to physical-property controls.

Sharing and service providers

We disclose information only when needed to operate the service, respond to a request, protect people or systems, or meet a legal obligation. Service providers may include hosting and security providers, Apple Push Notification service, communication providers selected for guest messaging, and technology providers used to process an authorized app feature. They may process information only for the relevant service and under applicable safeguards.

Storage, security and retention

Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, audit records and operational security measures designed to protect service data. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required to provide and secure the service, meet hospitality and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and comply with law. Retention periods vary according to the record and applicable requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some records may need to be retained for security, contractual or legal reasons.

International processing

Our guests, authorized users and service providers may be located in different countries. Where information is processed internationally, we apply safeguards required by applicable law.

Children

The app is an operational hospitality tool for authorized users and is not directed to children. Reservation information concerning minors may be processed only when supplied by an adult as necessary to provide the stay.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, our services or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain available at this URL.
